Tourney or Not

I had planned to play in the $30 re-buy tournament at the VFW tomorrow but now I'm thinking that may not happen. Its really about the money, I have enough for the buy-in but I also need to drive to school next week. The donations haven't been rolling in like one would hope (ha). I also really need to write another speech tomorrow but on the other hand I need a tourney to write about too. I would normally have no problem spending my last few dollars to get into a game but the VFW is far from normal (the chances of winning there are slim to none).I'm not going to count myself out yet but its not looking good.
